GUARANTEE: We guarantee all of the products that you purchase from House of Cavaleri.
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the items within 30 days with a copy of your packing slip. Please advise us if you would like an exchange or a credit refund and return items prepaid and insured via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are not refundable.
ORDER CONFORMATION: After placing your order you will receive an automatic e-mail conformation and you will be notified again by e-mail when your order is shipped.
PAYMENT METHOD: We accept payment by check (drawn on U.S. Bank), Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cavaleri Gift Certificates. If paying by check allow 14 business days for check clearance. There will be a nonrefundable charge of $20 for each returned check. Credit card orders are not charged until they ship. All prices and transactions shown will be in U.S. Dollars. Sorry, we cannot accept PO's, COD's, or third party checks, and please do not send cash.
REGULAR DELIVERY: Our orders are normally shipped via UPS and will require a street address. Delivery of in-stock items normally takes 5 to 7 business days from the date that your order is received (includes order and payment processing).
RUSH DELIVERY: Rush delivery of in-stock items normally takes 3 to 4 business days from the date of receipt of your order. Please add $8.95 to your regular shipping charges.
